To cut a really, really long story short, I went out riding yesterday, spent some time out in the scrub, and I now have a puppy at my place.
Yeah, I don't know either, but she's tiny and I think I'm going to name her Callie. |

Looks like I've ended up with a night off. It's been a while since I got my bike and took her on a good, long ride, so that's what I'm going to do until just after the sun goes down. I don't know why, but going off on my bike on my own makes me think and feel like I'm living the world behind, like I'm setting off into some kind of underworld most people stay out of.
It's an in the moment thing.
After that, I'm probably just going to be at home. If anyone needs anything, I'm around to help out. |

Sounds like there's a hell of a storm on the way. In case you don't read the paper, that's your heads up. Don't go getting stuck out there - it's not going to be safe.
Has there been a huge blizzard in Harmony history? It usually doesn't get that bad here, at least for the thirty and change years I've been here. Anyone got some cool local history story about a blizzard or a week of snow days? |

Can never turn down a mysterious invitation. Yeah, I'm even going to ignore how much I hate computers for this one. If I throw my computer out a window, will the city replace it if I blame this? No? Worth a try. I'm James. I'm not very interesting. I tend bar (no, you can't have free beer), have a bike (she's beautiful), and I'm a big ice-hockey fan. I've lived here forever and it's not bad. As you probably all know.
I told you you wouldn't be interested.
I'm not great at keeping in touch, especially on these things. I don't know what they make easier except the porn industry, not that I know anything about that. Because I'm an upstanding citizen. A fine and upstanding one. The point is, I miss actual letters. Something with some actual emotion in them or something, something that means something.
